Business Hours Regular Office hours are 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday hours vary according to our event schedule. Messages left after hours will be returned as soon as possible the next business day. Silber Spoons Catering is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Easter, and December 2nd. Guest Count Final guest counton full service staffed events is due 3 days prior to the event. Once given, count may not be decreased. Guest count may be increased up to the evening before the event if necessary. Ordering Although we appreciate 24 hours advance notice, Silber Spoons Catering will accommodate last minute orders if at all possible. With our desire to always offer the freshest products, please understand that not all menu options are available on rush orders. All orders placed will be confirmed via fax confirmation. If no fax is available, we will confirm by either e-mail or phone call. Delivery Orders over $100, delivery is free within the Kansas City area. For orders under $100, or to outlying areas, delivery charges are determined by zip code. We pride ourselves on never being late, but may deliver up to 45 minutes prior to the requested delivery time for Standard Delivery. For $25 additional, our Pinpoint Delivery Service guarantees your delivery no more than 10 minutes early. Deposits and Payment
